Ship Brokering

TERA with an in-house ship-brokering capability and a wide network of heavylift ship owners is proficient in chartering vessels of any size gearing up to 5000 tonnes per lift.

We also offer liner services, tramper services on voyage charter basis & full charter basis (incl. Contract of Affreightment “COA”) and time charter.

HEAVYLIFT Chartering

TERA moves cargo worldwide on modern and technically advanced deep-sea and short-sea RO/RO vessels. RO/RO describes the roll-on roll-off cargo which is driven on and off the vessel. RO/RO cargo consists of items such as tractors, buses and trucks, or oversized cargo loaded on special flatbed, and or lowboy trailers.

With the large fleet of flexible vessels equipment and experienced professionals to get the job done right, TERA is able to transport all types of vehicles, and also oversized static cargos, towable cargoes and self-driven worldwide.

HEAVY Transportation

Heavy haulage, out of gauge transport and abnormal load, special and heavy transport of oversized and project cargo, movement of all high, wide and heavy cargo, customs documentation, route surveys, secure storage, jacking and lifting services, and transhipment service. These are what we have put into helping you with heavy transportation.

We also take on to propose the most suitable trucks and trailers ranging from a regular 1 tonner truck to Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) in moving your cargo depending on the cargo sizes and weight.

Proper planning and risk analysis such as height barriers, high tension areas, Camden, gradient and ground pressure, including proper angle of lashing and securing from rolling and tipping effect are among the few basic yet critical criteria Tera Projects & Shipping overseas and manages.

With our proven engineering calculations, we are also able to pinpoint suspension points required during transportation (of hydraulic multi axles) of goods of different sizes and also to understand the suitable truck required to perform the heavy transportation (for e.g., torque converter).
